i've been trying as good as i could to maintain my body weight. . .i've weight problem since last year where my weight suddenly exceed up to 62kg; 7kg extra than my ideal weight. . .and last week, i managed to reduce my weight 2kg lighter. . .
i bought Lecithin 1200 Blackmores lastyear, but not really stick with the schedule once a day to consume it, but it was last month where i make myself 'to have lecithin once a day', and checked all my food intake seriously, and now i cut my carbs intake at night. . .
i hope to reduce more carbs and fat intake in my meal. . . and now, each day i take 2 glasses of tea (without sugar) and it helps in reducing my sugar cravings. . .some suggest me to take diet milk, and reduce weight supplements, but it is a bit pricey in my opinion. . .rather than wasting my money extra $$$ to buy those supplements, i prefer to use the conventional method by cutting carbs and fats, and do simple exercise such as pilates, sit up and stretching every 3-4 hours after sitting quite long doing office work, and jogging every weekend. . .
i read through some web the benefits of lecithin; and found some good facts about it, besides as fat metabolism :-
- Lecithin is also known to repair livers that have been damaged by abuse such as too much alcohol consumption
-Lecithin has the ability to aid in memory function and learning

so peepos, why not try Lecithin if you think you are having weight problem. . .however, taking Lecithin alone will not help in reducing your weight a lot, you still need to get good diet and do exercise. . .
